I think this painting has a lot of themes relating to femininity, the idealized depiction of women, and the frivolous pink theme we were aiming for.

The idealization is oddly less apparent in this image, and it is very clearly shown. We can see her applied hobbies as well as interest intertwined in her character so that we can see beyond the character of sharp pastels and caked makeup.
